Returns Policy
At Crawford Equestrian Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return it based on the following policy.
30-Day Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and free from scratches or damage.
- It must be in its original packaging with all security tags intact.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at office@crawfordhill.co.nz. Please include your order number and reason for return.
For United States & Australian Clients:
To make your return as seamless as possible, we have included a pre-paid, fully insured return shipping bag with your order. Once you have contacted us to authorize your return, simply place the item in the bag, attach the label, and drop it off at the nearest DHL/courier point. We handle the rest.
For New Zealand Clients:
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that for change-of-mind returns within New Zealand, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Manufacturing Faults
We take great pride in our work. In the rare event that your piece has a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace it free of charge. Please contact us at office@crawfordhill.co.nz with a photo and a description of the fault to arrange for a replacement.
Repairs
We understand that accidents can happen. If your jewelry has been broken or damaged due to misuse or an accident, we are happy to provide a quote for repair. The repair service will be quoted on a case-by-case basis and will include postage costs.
